We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights.
The twin room was huge and the bed was great. The bathroom was spotless, that's important. The location was perfect: a mall and supermarkets were within walking distance. Also, it was near restaurants and bars.

The place was reasonably clean. We loved the double room.- The hotel had a marvelous and amazing location not far from many places of interest. It was mostly walkable as well as close to Alcatraz landing.- It was only a 10-minute drive from Lombard Street Reservoir.

Unique building and rooms with a very charming vintage touch. Very quiet area, central location adjacent to all the main tourist attractions, the piers with seals, Alcatraz tours and hop-on hop-off buses and restaraunts.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very quite area, right by all the main tourist attractions are eg boat to Alcatraz/bike rental for Golden Gate Bridge. We had quick check in and the rooms were clean with windows facing the corridors. There was comfortable interior.
